Download or delete your own data

What any member can do from Privacy & data without an admin: download a copy of their data, or delete their own account.

Every member can download what SignSpry holds about them, or delete their own account, from Privacy & data in the account menu. No admin needs to approve either.

Download my data

Press Download my data (JSON). You get one file, signspry-my-data.json, with:

  • your profile and your organisation's name
  • your teams
  • the envelopes you sent, and those you were asked to sign
  • your sign-in and security history
  • the names and prefixes of your API keys (never the secrets), and your connected integrations
  • your support tickets, your cookie and privacy choices, and the emails SignSpry sent you

It doesn't include your organisation's documents; they belong to the organisation, and an admin can export them.

Delete my account

This removes you, not your organisation.

  1. Open Privacy & data and expand Delete my account.
  2. Enter your password, and your authenticator code if two-factor is on.
  3. Type DELETE and press Delete my account now.

What happens:

  • Your name and email address are removed, and you are signed out everywhere and can't sign in again.
  • Your API keys and OAuth tokens stop working, and you leave your teams.
  • Envelopes you sent stay with your organisation. Their audit trails keep the names recorded at the time, because they are your organisation's evidence.
  • Your admins get an email telling them.
You can't sign in again afterwards. If you only want to stop some emails, change them under Email preferences instead.

When you can't delete yourself

Asking for something else

Anyone, with or without an account, can use the privacy request form to ask to see, correct or delete data, or to opt out. SignSpry emails a link to confirm the address (valid for 72 hours); the request starts once you confirm. Signers who never had an account use this form too. You can also write to support@signspry.com.
