Are SignSpry signatures legally valid?
Electronic signatures are legally recognised in India (IT Act, 2000), the United States (ESIGN Act and UETA), the European Union (eIDAS), the United Kingdom (Electronic Communications Act 2000) and most other countries, for contracts the law allows to be signed electronically. Every SignSpry document carries signer identity, consent, timestamps, IP records and a tamper-evident seal — stronger evidence than most wet-ink signatures. Some document classes (wills, certain property transfers, negotiable instruments) are excluded by law in many countries; see our Terms.
How many envelopes do I get?
Free includes 5 a month, Starter 100 and Team 1,000 — 12,000 a year. If Team ever needs more, never-expiring top-up packs are available, so quarter-end paperwork never gets stuck behind a surprise overage fee.
Do my signers need an account or an app?
