Shipping & Delivery Policy
SignSpry is an online service — software you use in a web browser. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved, wherever you are.
1. When you get access
- Free plan and trials start the moment you create your account.
- Paid plans are activated as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment — normally within seconds. You see the new plan on your billing page and receive an email confirmation with your invoice.
- Add-on packs (extra envelopes or members) are credited to your account on the same confirmation.
2. Where the service is delivered
Everywhere the internet reaches: SignSpry runs at signspry.com and works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Signers you invite receive their signing link by email and need no account.
3. Documents
Signed documents are delivered electronically: each signer is emailed a link to the sealed PDF with its certificate of completion, and the sender can download it from their dashboard at any time.
4. If access doesn't start
If you have paid and your plan or pack is not active within an hour, email support@signspry.com with your payment reference. We will activate it, or refund the payment in full if we can't.
