Plans and prices in your currency
Which currency you pay in, how it is chosen, monthly versus yearly, how to pay, and what to do if your currency isn't switched on yet.
Your account pays in the currency of your billing country, through Razorpay. India pays in rupees; other countries pay in their own currency where one is offered, otherwise in US dollars.
Which currency you pay in
Until your first payment, the currency follows the Country in Plan & billing → Invoice details. Change the country and the prices change with it. After your first payment the currency is fixed, because a subscription can't change currency and your invoices stay in one currency. If you genuinely need it changed, write to support@signspry.com.
| Billing country | Currency |
|---|---|
| India | Indian rupee (INR) |
| United States | US dollar (USD) |
| United Kingdom | Pound (GBP) |
| United Arab Emirates | Dirham (AED) |
| Singapore | Singapore dollar (SGD) |
| Australia | Australian dollar (AUD) |
| Canada | Canadian dollar (CAD) |
| Eurozone countries | Euro (EUR) |
| Anywhere else | US dollar (USD) |
A foreign currency can be paid in only once SignSpry has switched it on. The price book holds eight currencies, but at the time of writing only rupees (INR) and US dollars (USD) are switched on; the euro, pound, dirham, Singapore dollar, Australian dollar and Canadian dollar will appear as they are enabled. The pricing page shows the currencies on offer in its Prices in menu. If yours isn't switched on yet, Plan & billing says "Paying online in EUR isn't switched on yet" (or your currency) and asks you to write to support@signspry.com; they will set your plan up by hand, and you aren't charged for the gap.
What things cost
Prices are per user and exclude tax. Each currency has its own round-number price list rather than a live conversion. In rupees, at the time of writing:
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (per month) |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹599 | ₹499, billed ₹5,988 once a year |
| Team | ₹1,199 | ₹999, billed ₹11,988 once a year |
Paying yearly saves about 20 %. Quote prices from the pricing page, not from this article. Enterprise is not self-serve: use Contact us.
Monthly or yearly
- Yearly: one payment, valid for 1 year, no auto-renewal. We email you 10, 5 and 1 days before it ends.
- Monthly: a subscription that renews each month until you cancel.
In India, a yearly payment accepts UPI, card and net banking. For monthly you choose Card or UPI AutoPay (a mandate you approve in your UPI app). Outside India, payment is by card.
Paying from outside India
- In Invoice details, fill in country, street address, city and postcode, and your tax ID if you have one. Card networks check the address on international payments, and it goes on your invoice.
- Choose Yearly if Monthly says it "isn't set up yet" in your currency.
- Press Choose Team or Choose Starter and pay.
Tax on top is explained in GST, VAT and tax invoices.
