Top-up packs: more envelopes, more people
How Team accounts buy envelope packs that never expire and member packs that add people for a year, and how they are used.
On the Team plan, an admin can add envelopes or people without changing plan. Envelope packs never expire. Member packs add people for one year.

Outside India the page shows the same packs priced in your currency, before tax. Packs are sold on the Team plan only.
How they're used
- Envelopes: once the month's included 1,000 are used, each send takes one envelope from your purchased reserve. Plan & billing shows the balance as Purchased, in reserve.
- Everything counts: the API, bulk send, PowerForms and scheduled sends all draw from the same counter. Sandbox (test-key) envelopes count towards the monthly allowance too.
- Members: the extra seats appear in your seat limit ("Includes 5 extra members from your seat pack, running until a date"). Buying another member pack extends the end date.
- When you run out: a banner says so, and sending is paused until the month rolls over or you buy a pack.
Buy a pack
- Open Plan & billing as an admin.
- In Need more? Add-on packs, choose a pack and press Buy now.
- Pay at the checkout. In India that is UPI, card or net banking; abroad it is card.
The pack is credited to your account the moment the payment clears, and a tax invoice follows by email. If a foreign currency needs your billing address first, the page asks for it.
If the button says Get this pack instead of Buy now, online checkout isn't switched on for you yet. Press it and we email you a payment link; the pack is credited as soon as payment clears. Open requests appear under "Waiting on payment".
Good to know
- Only people who send need a seat. Signers are always free.
- Accounts opened under older terms may have no monthly cap, or larger seat counts. Plan & billing shows your own numbers.
- A trial is on the Team plan, so packs are on offer during it too.
