PowerForms — a public link anyone can fill and sign

Publish a self-service form that generates and signs a personalised document.

Sometimes you don't know who needs to sign — they come to you. A PowerForm is a public URL: someone opens it, enters their details, and gets a personalised document to sign, without you touching anything.

Good for new-customer onboarding, vendor registration, event consent, membership applications and internal declarations.

Creating one

  1. Build a template with one signer and the fields you want collected.
  2. Under PowerForms, create a form from that template.
  3. Choose which fields the person fills in before signing begins — usually their

name, email and a couple of identifying details.

  1. Publish. You get a link to put on your website, in an email, or behind a QR code.

What the person sees

A short branded form, then the document with their answers already filled in, then the normal signing experience. They never see your account.

Managing submissions

Every submission becomes a normal envelope in your dashboard, so reminders, expiry, sealing and the repository all work the same way. You can close a form at any time, and the link stops accepting new submissions.

A PowerForm link is public by design. Anyone who has it can submit. Don't put anything confidential in the template body, and consider adding an access code if the audience is meant to be limited.
