In-person signing, reassignment and witnesses
Hand your device across the table, or let a recipient pass it to the right person.
In-person signing
Someone is standing in front of you. Open the envelope and choose Sign now — SignSpry hands the session to the signer on your own device, records that the signing was hosted by you, then returns control to you afterwards.
The audit trail distinguishes this clearly: it shows the signature was applied in person, hosted by a named user, rather than remotely by the recipient.
Reassignment
A recipient who isn't the right person can pass the envelope on, giving the new person's name, email and a reason. The original recipient's link dies, a fresh one goes to the new person, and both the handover and the reason are recorded.
Common when a document goes to a general company address and needs to reach whoever actually holds the authority.
Witnesses
A witness role signs only after the people they witness have signed. SignSpry holds the invitation automatically — no manual coordination, and no risk of a witness signing an empty document.
