Signing in 28 languages, including 15 Indian ones

Set a default language per envelope, or let signers switch it themselves.

The entire signing experience — instructions, buttons, field labels, error messages, the consent text and the confirmation email — is available in 28 languages.

Indian languages

Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Assamese, Urdu, Nepali, Konkani, Tulu and English — the complete South Indian set: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tulu and Konkani.

Urdu renders right-to-left, with the whole layout mirrored rather than just the text translated.

Setting the language

  • Per envelope. Choose a default signing language when you send. Everyone gets

that language unless they change it.

  • By the signer. A language picker sits at the top of the signing page. Their

choice is remembered for the rest of the session.

  • By link. Add ?lang=hi to a signing URL to open it directly in Hindi.

What isn't translated

The document itself. SignSpry translates the interface around your document, not your contract — machine-translating a legal instrument would create risk, not remove it. If you need a Hindi contract, upload a Hindi contract; the signing experience will match.

For a workforce that reads better in a regional language, setting the envelope default rather than relying on people finding the picker measurably improves completion rates.
