Putting your brand on it
Logo, colour and footer across the app, signing pages and every email.
Your signers should feel they're dealing with you, not with a tool you bought.
Under Admin → Branding set:
- Company name — replaces SignSpry throughout the signing experience
- Logo — PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 1 MB. Appears in the app header, on every signing
page and at the top of every email we send on your behalf. SVGs are stripped of any script or remote references before they are stored.
- Brand colour — buttons, highlights and accents pick it up
- Email footer — your address, registration number, or a support line
Where it shows
- the signing page your recipients open
- invitation, reminder and completion emails
- the completed-document confirmation
- PowerForm landing pages
What stays ours
The verification page is deliberately neutral. Its value is that it's independent — a counterparty checking a document should see a plain verification service, not your marketing.
Logo formats
PNG, JPG and SVG are accepted, up to 1 MB.
An SVG is a document rather than a picture — it can carry scripts and references to other servers — so every SVG is cleaned before it is stored. Scripts, event handlers, embedded HTML and remote references are stripped out, and the artwork is kept. Files that use XML entities are refused outright.
