Collecting payment at signature

Take money by UPI or Razorpay as part of the signing ceremony.

A payment field collects money as part of signing, so the agreement and the deposit happen in one step rather than two.

UPI mode

The signer sees a UPI QR code for the amount. They pay from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app, then enter the UTR reference from their payment. SignSpry records the reference in the audit trail and stamps PAID onto the sealed document.

Set your VPA and display name under Admin → Payments.

UPI mode records the reference the signer provides — it does not verify with your bank that the money arrived. Reconcile against your statement. Razorpay mode does verify.

Razorpay mode

A full checkout — cards, netbanking, wallets and UPI — with the payment confirmed server-side before the signature is accepted. Add your Razorpay key ID and secret under Admin → Payments.

What gets recorded

Either way, the audit trail carries the amount, the method, the reference and the time, hash-chained with every other event. The completed document shows the payment on its certificate of completion.

Razorpay's own transaction fees apply and are not refunded by SignSpry if an agreement is later cancelled — see our Refund Policy.
