プランの変更や解約はいつでもできますか?
はい。請求ページからワンクリックで、アップグレード、ダウングレード、解約が可能です。年払いプランには14日間の全額返金期間があります。詳しくは返金ポリシーをご覧ください。
料金は署名者単位ですか、エンベロープ単位ですか?
署名者は常に無料・無制限で、シートが必要なのは送信者だけです。各プランには月間のエンベロープ利用枠 (Starter は100件、Team は1,000件) が含まれ、Team でさらに必要な場合は、50エンベロープ ₹199 からの有効期限のない追加パックをご利用いただけます。署名者単位の課金は一切ありません。
トライアル終了後はどうなりますか?
何も消えません。アカウントは Free プランに移行し、署名済みのドキュメントはすべて、いつまでも閲覧、ダウンロード、検証できます。プランを選ぶまでは、Free プランの送信枠が適用されるだけです。
GST 請求書は発行できますか?
はい。すべてのお支払いに、お客様の GSTIN を記載した、仕入税額控除に使える GST 適格請求書を発行します。お支払い前に請求ページで GSTIN を追加してください。
