Do you charge per signer or per envelope?

Signers are always free and unlimited — only senders need seats. Each plan includes a monthly envelope allowance (100 on Starter, 1,000 on Team), and if Team ever needs more, top-up packs start at ₹199 for 50 envelopes and never expire. Nothing is billed per signer.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing disappears. The account moves to Free, and everything you already signed stays readable, downloadable and verifiable forever. You just get the Free sending allowance until you pick a plan.

Is GST invoicing available?

Yes — every payment gets a GST tax invoice with your GSTIN, suitable for input credit. Add your GSTIN on the billing page before you pay.
