Intellectual Property Policy
1. Our intellectual property
The SignSpry platform — including its software, source code, user interface, visual design, the SignSpry name, logo and marks, our documentation, and this website — is owned by SignSpry and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; it transfers no ownership.
2. What you may not do
Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service; scrape or bulk-extract our template library; remove or alter proprietary notices; or use the SignSpry name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission. API use is licensed for your own integrations under your plan and our Terms.
3. The template gallery
Our 61-document starter gallery is licensed to you for use within the Service: you may edit the templates freely and execute unlimited agreements based on them for your own business. You may not extract and redistribute the gallery itself as a template collection, commercially or otherwise. Templates are drafting aids, not legal advice — have a professional review documents for your specific situation.
4. Your content stays yours
Documents, templates, and data you upload or create remain your property (or your licensors'). We claim no ownership over Customer Content and use it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation — this keeps us free to build what users ask for.
6. Third-party marks
DocuSign, Adobe, Zoho, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Razorpay and other names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify those products. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
7. Reporting infringement
We respect intellectual property and expect users to do the same. If you believe content hosted on SignSpry infringes your copyright or trademark, notify us with: (a) identification of the protected work; (b) the URL or envelope reference of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights will be terminated.
